My PhD project is focused on the identification and characterization of novel hyperpolarized probes for the development of metabolic magnetic resonance spectroscopy and imaging. My interests are spread over several subjects: mathematical description and fitting of NMRD profiles of super-paramagnetic nanoparticle and biomedical application of the spin-lattice relaxation time in the rotating frame (T1ρ) weighted MRI using several contrast agents.
