Study of structural, phase and dynamic properties of solid materials (organicinorganic hybrids and nanocomposites for different applications including energy, packaging, catalysis, etc., polymers, inorganic materials as eco-sustainable cements, systems of pharmaceutical interest) and soft matter (thermotropic and lyotropic liquid crystals, models of phospholipidic membranes) by means of multi-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance techniques. Investigation of the dynamic properties of solid and soft materials through the measurement and analysis of relaxation times of different rare and abundant nuclei. Study of the state of water in porous systems (i.e. cementitious materials) by 1H NMR Relaxometry.
