European Network on NMR Relaxometry

The main field of my research are a taste perception and food preferences. I am searching for factors which can influence on sensory organs and food preferences. My research focuses on deterioration in taste perception and on methods which may improve sensation of taste. The second field of my research are smell and flavour ingredients. I am trying to find the best method of diagnosis and treatment of smell disorders. I’m analyzing factors which may influence on the sense of smell. Aromatherapy, flavour ingredients and their influence on human body are also in area of my interests. The third field of my research is stochastic resonance whole body vibration and its influence on muscle strength, nervous system, body stability, body composition and other parameters of the body. I see a possibility of using the NMR relaxometry in my studies, especially in the area of senses.
