I have focused my PhD research on the application of nuclear magnetic resonance in food science. I finished my PhD in analytical chemistry in 2015 but I have been working in NMR spectroscopy since 2003. As a member of the NMR and EPR Center I am interested in any type of application of the NMR relaxometry to food analysis, medical studies or material science.
