European Network on NMR Relaxometry

The focus of my research is on the development and NMR characterization of novel Gd-based agents with high affinity towards albumin serum protein for tumor vessel characterization and treatment response to antiangiogenic drug by exploiting Dynamic Contrast Enhanced (DCE)-MRI approaches. I am also interested in investigating, through molecular modelling approaches, the relationship of the NMRD profiles with the binding affinity of Gd-complexes toward albumins.
