My research interests concern NMR applications, mainly by a metabolomics approach, in nutritional and food science field. The main focuses are: applications in neonatology in order to solve problematics concerning the influence of the pre- and post-neonatal nutrition on the metabolism of infants; application in food science for quality, quality control, food safety and authenticity assessment.
