My research interests focus on the aging test and include characterization of changes properties of expired food and medicines with use spectrofluorescence, UV-VIS spectroscopy, circular dichroism and NMR spectroscopy. I am also interested in application of NMR relaxometry techniques and its medical and biological applications.
